These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MotoServicePro app and website (the “Service”), operated by MotoServicePro. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
MotoServicePro helps you track motorcycle maintenance, using manufacturer-sourced service intervals where available. Coverage varies by make and model, and intervals are provided for reference only — see Section 5 below.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Paid plans (Solo, Garage, and Fleet) include a 2-week free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the price shown at signup, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by RevenueCat and Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Prices may change with notice. Discount codes, where offered, are subject to the terms stated at the time they're issued and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
You retain ownership of the photos, receipts, and notes you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it back to you (and to anyone you deliberately share a service-history link with) as part of operating the Service. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload any content you add.
Service intervals and maintenance information in the Service are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for your owner's manual or a qualified mechanic's judgment. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate but do not guarantee it. You are solely responsible for your motorcycle's maintenance and for any decisions you make based on information in the Service. MotoServicePro is an independent app; all motorcycle brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners, and MotoServicePro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any motorcycle manufacturer.
Don't misuse the Service — for example, by attempting to access another user's data, disrupting the Service, or using it for anything unlawful.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoServicePro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including mechanical damage, breakdowns, or costs arising from missed, delayed, or inaccurate maintenance information — arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
