Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your email address and a securely hashed password, managed by our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Garage and service data — the motorcycles you add (make, model, year, mileage or engine hours, VIN if you choose to enter one) and the service records you log, including dates, costs, shop names, and notes.
• Photos and receipts— any bike photos or service receipt images you choose to upload, stored in our database provider's file storage.
• Billing information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by RevenueCat and Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive confirmation of your subscription status.
• Usage information — basic technical information (such as device type and general error logs) needed to operate and troubleshoot the Service. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use your information

• To provide the Service — storing your garage, calculating service schedules, and showing your maintenance history.
• To send you service reminders and account-related emails (such as password resets or a requested service schedule).
• To process and manage your subscription, including the free trial and billing.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers that help us run MotoServicePro, each acting under their own privacy and security obligations:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• RevenueCat and Stripe — subscription management and payment processing.
• Resend — delivery of transactional emails (password resets, service schedule notifications).

If you choose to use the “Share service history” feature, a limited, read-only summary of the selected motorcycle's service history is made available at a unique link you generate and control — it is never shared automatically.

Data retention, export, and deletion

You can export a full copy of your garage and service data at any time from Settings. You can also permanently delete your account and all associated data — including uploaded photos and receipts — directly from Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and access to your account data is restricted to your own authenticated session. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children's privacy

MotoServicePro is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
